P’ckit Dragons have been spread throughout the multiverse for so long, that their original homeworld is unknown. The dragons themselves are tight-lipped as to whether their own lore remembers it or not. It is likely that, if their original homeworld is known, it is a secret kept by the eldest p’ckit dragons who don’t share it easily.
In “P’ckit Dragons: Hoard & Honor”, players explore nine zones, representing worlds and places of P’ckit Dragon Adventure!
In 1845, just before the United States was set to absorb the struggling Republic of Texas, the skies opened. Entire towns vanished. Rangers, ranchers, presidents — all gone. Official history claims Texas joined the Union. But on Planet Texas, the real story lives on: a proud people, abducted by aliens, now building a new frontier among the stars — one barbecue at a time.
Whitmore High School first appeared in “Velocity GIrl and Xuàn Hú” (paperback) (ebook) as the high school where Mary Woods (aka Velocity Girl) went to high school. Smerd accompanied Mary there, pretending to be a toy that rode around in her backpack. Today, Mary’s son Jaimie goes there in “The New Adventures of Velocity Girl and Smerd: Brave New World“.
The Land of Faerie is a mystical realm, the home land of the Elves, and the source of many magicks.
Zorethea is the homeworld of Starstorm and the setting of the web novel “Rise of the Sciencemancer“, in which Starstorm helps George Fothergill, jr. become the titular Sciencemancer.
Wonderdome, the Jewel at the Bottom of the Sea, had stood for a thousand years before it ended according to a prophecy of the Oracle Nereia in the events chronicled in “Rise of the Sciencemancer“. Now, the Ruins of Wonderdome are the lair of kraken-worshipping shark people. What treasures are lost there, waiting to be found?
The Streets of St. Louis were the original home turf of the Pocket Protectors super team before their fallout with the US government. Smerd and Velocity Girl are still based there to this day in “The New Adventures of Velocity Girl and Smerd: Brave New World“.
Neon City exists in a quasi-magical cyberpunk world in which the year is 2384. P’ckit dragons who live here tend to be little more jaded and street savvy than p’ckit dragons found in other settings.
One of the Zones in “P’ckit Dragons: Hoard and Honor” is a Control Containment Center. Control is an organization dedicated to protecting the Earth from the supernatural and maintaining an illusion of normalcy for the general public. Spitfire is a member of “Field Team 42: Paranormal Responders” for Control.
All p’ckit dragons are social and have gatherings in their individual pocket dimensions. Smerd is particularly famous among his kind for throwing wild bashes. To receive an invitation to Smerd’s Pocket Party Zone is a prestigious thing for a p’ckit dragon.
